Week 3 - Portion Size
This week, youll learn to find the right portion size.

Week 4 - The Mind
Its all about the mind. Learn to understand the role of your mind in creating new habits!

After finishing this 4-week food journaling, youll have all the tools in your use. You continue practicing intuitive eating and using the skills you learned. The SHYE Coach app will continue supporting you at each meal.

My Plate Coach See How You Eat app good for

I just started using this app couple days ago and I really like it. It gives me reminders when its time to have a snack or a meal and that is really helpful with my busy work schedule! I am in a lot better mood when I dont forget to eat snacks :)
This app is easy to use and has been very helpful to me on my journey to a healthy lifestyle. I am long time yoyo dieter so its really important for me to finally eat regularly and to focus on eating a Balanced diet. This app helps me balance every meal so I get the proper nutrition. The more balanced my meal is, the more hearts I get. At the end of the week I can look at the board with all the hearts Ive earned and that really motivates me to make better choices and to keep it up for the long run. Loving it :)
Finally an app which is focused on eating the right foods instead of counting calories. Ive been down that road many times and counting calories wouldnt get me any permanent results. With this app Ive learned a whole bunch about a balanced diet and now I understand why calorie counting never worked for me to maintain my weight loss. 80/20 score is the best! Its super easy and quick to use. I definitely recommend the app if youre having a hard time losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight. I hope the next update will have more awesome tips!!
